Processing time
Processing commonly takes 3–10 business days. Actual timing can vary by provider, receiving carrier and the transfer process.
Final sale — no refunds
Because each phone number is purchased and processed specifically for the customer, all confirmed purchases are final and non-refundable. Please verify the phone number, price and intended use before confirming payment.
Port-in deadline
After Phone Number Sale provides the complete port-out information, you are responsible for completing the port-in with your carrier within 7 days. If the deadline is missed and the number is reclaimed, canceled or otherwise becomes unavailable, Phone Number Sale is not responsible.
