Phone number purchases

All phone numbers and prices must be confirmed directly before payment. A number appearing on the website does not guarantee that it will still be available when you contact us.

Payment

Payment is made through Zelle after confirmation. You are responsible for verifying the correct recipient, the phone number you intend to purchase and the transaction details before sending payment.

Processing time

Processing commonly takes 3–10 business days and may vary depending on the provider, receiving carrier or required verification steps.

Number transfer and deadline

After receiving the complete port-out information from Phone Number Sale, you must complete the port-in with your carrier within 7 days. You are responsible for providing accurate information to the receiving carrier and keeping the receiving account in good standing.

Final sale

Because phone numbers are purchased and processed specifically for each customer, all confirmed purchases are final and non-refundable. Please verify the number, price and intended use before confirming payment.

Limitation of responsibility

If you do not complete the port-in within 7 days after receiving the complete port-out information and the delay causes the number to be reclaimed, canceled or otherwise become unavailable, Phone Number Sale is not responsible. Transfer timing and outcome also depend on carriers and other third parties outside our control.
